A fascinating album containing a series of small format views of Florence elegantly hand-coloured at the time. A journey that, starting from the Duomo, continued throughout the city center and the Boboli gardens, illustrating the views from the bridges over the Arno and describing the main gates, churches and palaces. Of particular interest are the views dedicated to events such as the one from Ponte alla Carraia at sunset on 23 June or the one with the "corsa" from Porta al Prato to Porta alla Croce held on 24, 25 and 29 June.
