Half-title, engraved frontispiece, woodcut vignette on title, initials and headpieces, 13 engraved plates (title reinforced at outer margin, Q4 with some repairs and stains that touch the text, a few other minimal restorations). Contemporary calf, spine decorated in gold, red edges, marbled endpapers (spine ends chipped, extremities lighlty rubbed, some damp spots). Provenance: monogram on half-title.
