The department offers its own experience through the selection of exclusive private wine cellars.
Beauty, understood as a universe of multifaceted sensorial complexities, has witnessed in the last year the birth of a new department dedicated to whom behind a label, beyond the investment, reads the history of a territory and long handed down secrets.
Il Ponte Casa d'Aste also brings its expertise to the world of wines, presenting itself at its first appointment on 26 September 2022 with an important selection of over three hundred bottles from the finest cellars of refined connoisseurs.
More than one hundred lots scrupulously researched by experts, with the aim of thrilling the public of enthusiasts by the rarity of the labels and the characteristics of the vintages, an aspect evident from the outset in the dense chapter dedicated to the prestigious French regions of Bordeaux and Burgundy.
Among the Chateau Bordeaux wines, the undisputed protagonists are the twelve bottles from the 1990 vintage of Château Palmer (lot 8, estimate € 1,200 - 1,300), located in the wine-producing commune of Cantenac and considered a star of the Margaux appellation.
Moving towards the Grand Crus of Burgundy, the two 1993 vintage bottles of Richebourg Grand Cru (lot 26, estimate € 3,000 - 3,300), famous for the excellent climatic exposure of the vines of Domaine Méo-Camuzet, do not go unnoticed.
Another important section is dedicated to Italy with a specific focus on Piedmont and Tuscany.
To the former belong large-format bottles of Gaja Barbaresco (lot 38, estimated € 600 - 650) and Barolo Brunate Ceretto (lot 41, estimated € 150 - 160), to which is added a wide range of Barolo Riserva vintages '31, '37 and '61 by Borgogno (lot 51, estimated € 80 - 100).
From the lands of Nebbiolo to those of the renowned Super Tuscans, where we distinguish large formats in excellent condition and with a case of Ornellaia class '93 (lot 56, estimate € 500 - 550), of Tignanello Marchesi Antinori (lot 61, estimate € 230 - 250) and a special collection of Sassicaia (lot 102, estimate € 300 - 400) in various formats and covering the production of the estate from 1983 to 1997.
